Computer Support

We'll ensure that Windows and other software is up to date with security patches; check for & remove viruses, spyware and other malware from your PC and install software to protect you from further attacks. Many of our customers don't backup their system or data, and come to regret it when their system fails, so we can advise on the best methods for doing this, to avoid costly repairs and/or total loss of all your data.

 

Laptop Repairs

You may decide to take your laptop to PC World to repair; but they will charge you around £200+. Compare this to our fixed fee repair service of just £109.95!!!! We can supply & install any parts required to repair your laptop for a maximum fee of £109.95. If the laptop is beyond economical repair we will say so & return it to you free of charge.

 

iPad Repairs

We can supply & install any parts required to repair your iPad/iPad 2!!! If your Apple iPad has expired, along with its warranty, then get in touch with us & we can fix it for you!!

 

Computer Help

If you're experiencing problems with your PC, or it's stopped working, then don't panic! Usually, even the worst looking/sounding problem is perfectly fixable. Get in touch with us & we can get you up & running again.

 

If Your Computer Goes Wrong

• The first thing to do is nothing. Often, tinkering with a system can make the problem worse!
• Give us a call/Email us & we'll visit you, to make a thorough diagnosis of the problem.
• Before we start work we'll give you an estimate of how much the repair is likely to cost - at this point you can make a decision to go ahead with the repair or not.
• If we can fix it there and then we will, otherwise we'll take the machine away & have it back to you within 7 days!

We are user friendly computer people! We know that many people don't want to know the names of everything inside their computer; they just want it to work! We won't try to dazzle you with jargon, or techno speak - unless you want to know of course! We also won't try to sell you stuff you don't need!
