PC Repair Service - Up to £70
We will come to your home or workplace & as part of a consultation we will diagnose the problem with your PC and recommend any action or parts required. The cost covers the complete repair time, no matter how long it takes & if we can't fix the problem you don't pay! With High Street service and repair charges, a 3 to 4 hour visit to remove a stubborn virus & clean up the damage, could cost you as much as a whole new system!No fix No fee - Maximum charge - £70!
Laptop Repair Service - £109.95
We will supply and install any parts required to repair your laptop for a fixed maximum fee. If the laptop is beyond economical repair we will say so and return it to you free of charge. This includes Laptop Motherboard Repair, Inverter Board Repair, Screen Board Repair, DC Jack Repair, Cable Repair. Laptop repairs, which involve a hardware problem will be no more than £109.95. Remember, no fix, no fee!Health Check - £49.95
The PC Health Check is like an MOT on your PC or laptop; checking the functionality of all components, whilst updating your drivers and checking the PC for viruses, junk files and other malicious software, as well as offering advice on improving your PC’s performance. As part of the health check (if you don't have them already), we will install Anti-Virus software onto your PC, as well as spyware protection and an Internet Firewall, to ensure that that PC continues to operate safely. At the end of the Health Check a report is produced to show the status of the PC and the improvements made, along with any additional recommendations. As part of the health check package, any upgrades recommended will be installed free.Operating System Rebuild - £149
In the event of an operating system or hard disk failure that cannot be repaired, we offer a data recovery and Windows reinstallation service. We will attempt to recover all your files and documents before doing a complete reinstallation of Windows drivers & all recovered data/files. We will also reinstall any software packages you have on your machine as long as you provide the CD's & Product Keys/licenses. In addition we also install Anti-Virus, spyware protection and Internet Firewall software. If Windows came pre-installed on your machine & you do not have a Windows back up disk, we suggest you make a system backup immediately!
Hardware Upgrade - £20
Installation of an upgrade product (Hard Disk, Video Card, CPU Processor, Optical Drive, Floppy disk) which will improve the performance of the PC. Our technical engineers will recommend the type of upgrade that you will benefit from and will configure the PC and add any additional drivers required.£20.00 for each additional upgrade.
Data Backup - Up to £70
Provides protection for all your files including photos, videos and music giving peace of mind in the event of a virus or a PC crashing. We will back up the files you request on to CD/DVD or an external hard disk (purchased separately) and advise you on the best way to continue your backup regime afterwards. We will come to your home and setup your broadband internet connection and install all necessary drivers and software to your PC. If you require a simple wireless connection, this will be included in the setup price. You should already have an internet router or modem from your broadband supplier but if not, we can supply one at additional cost.We can also fix any broadband/Internet connection problems you may be having, or set up a wireless connection for you at a maximum charge of £70.
Remote Support - £0.50pm

Online support is from as little as £0.50 per minute, plus we have a No Fix No Fee policy and a 2 hour maximum charge on any single problem, so no crazy costs.
Data Wiping - £20
If you are planning to dispose of your old PC & are concerned about your data being falling into the wrong hands, then we can securely wipe the hard drive for you, to levels ABOVE those used by the US Department of Defence! The process can take many hours, depending on the size of the hard drive(s) in the computer, so we would have to take your machine away & run the wipe overnight. After this procedure there will be no way to recover your data, even with recovery software!
