One of the most common problems we see is with the backlight; it looks like the light has gone out, but you can still see the normal display very faintly on the screen. This doesn't need a screen replacement, it's normally the inverter. To test, plug an external monitor to the back of your laptop and you should see a normal picture. This type of fault IS covered by our fixed fee offer!
Actual LCD screen replacement is not covered by our fixed price guarantee, due to the variable cost of screens for each model/size. However, we do have a fixed labour charge of £49.99 to replace a broken screen, so if you believe you have a broken screen, then give us a call.
