  • Virus Removal, Malware Removal and Spyware Removal

If your computer is infected with a virus, malware, spyware or other Internet nasty don't worry. Our Virus Removal Service will track down and remove those bugs.

Viruses, malware, spyware, trojans, browser hijackers – the symptoms of these can vary from annoying pop-ups, being redirected when surfing the web, to file loss, computer lockdowns and identity theft! The most annoying ones are easy to spot as they are highly visible, but the worst kind are those which are on your machine and operating silently in the background without affecting your day to day activities!

Most people use their computer or mobile device to access social media, banking, email, cloud services and much more. With more and more personal information held on computers and sent over the Internet, it's important to know that your devices are secure!

In practise however, most home users don't need to spend lots of money on expensive antivirus products and they're a waste of money if they're not configured properly. If you do want the additional features provided by paid for products, then we can recommend which package is the best.

  • Macs don't get viruses!

Not particularly helped by Apple's silence on the subject, is the common belief that ‘Macs don’t get viruses’. However, this is totally untrue and there are more and more threats being written to attack the Mac world.

The ONLY reason that Mac’s are less affected by viruses than Windows computers is to do with simple market share.

The point of a virus or malware program is to spread to as many devices as possible and because 9 out of 10 machines run Windows rather than OS X, it makes sense to write the majority for Windows.

As Macs and Macbooks become more popular, it will only lead to an increase in the number of viruses being written to attack them.

We therefore recommend that you install antivirus on your Mac/Macbook. There are plenty of retail and freeware options available and we are more than happy to find out what is best for you.
